Here at Outlook Eye Centre, Shannon and the team love to impress you with their skill in optometry and dispensing, dedication to great customer service, and general all-round awesomeness. If you’re someone who similarly loves to impress, here are some tips to make your experience at Outlook Eye Centre one the team won’t forget (in a good way).

• 1. Get to your appointment on time.
  Who loves a punctual patient? Everyone does! This gives Shannon enough time to get through your comprehensive eye test while still allowing time for a good chat. However, if you find yourself stuck in the Toowoomba traffic, don’t worry, we’ll still look after you.
  
  
• 2. Know your medical history.
  Your general health and medications can play an important part in your eye health. If your medical history is complicated, ask your GP to print out a report for you.
  
  
• 3. Relax and don’t stress!
  Having an eye test isn’t usually considered a recreational activity, but there’s still no need to stress. If views one and two look exactly the same to you, it’s okay to say so! Plus remember, after the eye test comes the really fun part – being fitted with awesome glasses by an awesome dispensing team.
